Registration Guidelines

1. How to Register

  • Registrations can be made through the Online Conference Portal
  • Using a personal email address when creating a new account is advisable. This is especially important if your work email has strict security settings that may block emails from the Conference Secretariat. 
  • If you have previously attended an event or submitted an abstract, you may already have an account.  
  • If you are registering someone else, you can create an account using your details and provide the delegate’s information on the registration form. Once registered, you can add another participant via the ‘Add Participant’ button. 
  • After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration number.

* Please note that student fees are available for students only. Official proof of student status must be uploaded during the registration process. Students must provide proof/student status of the University (e.g. PDF copy of the original inscription at a university or attestation by a professor) in English and valid max. 6 months before the registration. The participant must be a student during the duration of the Symposium and must be under 35 years of age.

All the above fees include a local VAT of 21 %. 
All registration deadlines are based on the local time (CET/CEST).

  • Wednesday, 1 October 2025

  • Place: Pilsen Brewery
  • Ticket: included in the registration fee 

3. Cancellation Conditions

Registration Cancellations

  • Until 2 July 2025 – a 20 % cancellation fee will be applied
  • From 3 July until 26 August 2025 – a 50 % cancellation fee will be applied
  • From 28 August 2025 – no refund can be processed

General Cancellation Conditions

  • Cancellations must be submitted by email to the ICLPRP 2025 Conference Secretariat
  • Refund requests after 28 August 2025 will not be accepted
  • A 20 EUR fee applies for name changes at least one week before the event

4. Payment Methods

Registration fees are collected on behalf of ICLPRP by the Secretariat, CZECH-IN s.r.o., 5. května 65, CZ-14021 Prague 4, Czech Republic. All fees must be paid in (EUR, free of all bank charges.

Bank transfer is available until 4 September 2025. After this date, only card payments will be accepted. If paying by bank transfer, include your full name and registration number. Payments without these details cannot be processed.

Final Invoice

The final invoice can be downloaded from the Online Conference Portal three weeks after the registration is confirmed and paid in full. The final invoice will be issued based on the details provided during the registration process (step Contact/Invoice details).

Any change of such details (name, address, VAT number, etc.) is possible only within 3 days from the registration date and is subject to a 20 EUR fee. 

5. Other Information

Insurance

The registration fee does not include the participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage, or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

Invitation Letter

Delegates can download their invitation letter from the Online Conference Portal once their registration has been paid in full.

Certificate of Attendance

After the conference, the Certificate of Attendance will be available for download in the Online Conference Portal for all participating delegates.

Cancellation or Modification of the Meeting Due to Force Majeure

In the event of a force majeure situation, CZECH-IN s.r.o. reserves the right to alter or cancel the meeting without prior notice, including any change of the meeting’s time and/or venue. Any occurrence of a force majeure event shall be communicated as soon as reasonably possible from the decision time. Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of CZECH-IN s.r.o. which prevents or impedes the realization of the meeting. This includes but is not limited to, government action, war or hostilities, riot or civil commotion, plague, or other epidemics such as SARS, COVID-19, bird flu, earthquake, flood, hurricane, cyclone, fire or other natural physical disaster, explosion, accident or breakdown, strike, lack of the usual means of transportation or terrorism. CZECH-IN s.r.o. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, losses, expenditures, or any other inconveniences or costs caused by such modification.
